Our DirectTV RC64 Remote Control has certain buttons that stopped working, specifically the 6, 9, 7, and the channel up and down buttons. (This is a problem because my elderly grandma's favorite channel has 6 in it. And channel up (from 5) won't work.) First I put in new AA batteries. No help.
